Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Targeted Visualization. By creating an account or listening to a recording, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

Targeted Visualization provides audio recordings — guided visualizations and meditations — organised by the concern they are written for. You listen to them through this website or through our app. Some recordings are free; others require a paid plan.

Health notice — please read

These recordings are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, and nothing in them is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.

Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise any specific outcome — medical, psychological or otherwise.

Your account

You need an account to use most of the service. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Your account is personal to you — do not share it. You must be at least 16 years old.

What you may and may not do

You may listen to the recordings for your own personal, non-commercial use, as often as you like, for as long as your account is active.

You may not: copy, download (other than through features we provide), record, re-upload, share, sell, broadcast or publicly play the recordings; use them in your own products, courses or client sessions; remove any notices from them; or try to break, probe or circumvent the technical measures that protect them.

Who owns the content

All recordings, scripts, text, artwork and software in the service are owned by REFLEQT EDUCATION S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to listen. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

Anything you write in the service — notes and feedback — stays yours. You give us permission to use it internally to improve the recordings.

Paid plans

Where paid plans are offered, the price and billing period are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the period you have paid for.

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once you start listening to paid content, and you accept that by starting. If something is genuinely broken, contact us — we would rather fix it or refund you than argue.

The service is still being built

The service is under active development and is currently used for testing. We may add, change or remove recordings and features, and we cannot promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you take about your health based on the recordings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Romanian or EU law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used to copy or redistribute our content. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused part of a paid period.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also complain to the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email if the change is significant. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
